About Me

Lindsay Bragaw grew up in the suburbs of northern Virginia as the middle child of three. From a young age, she discovered a passion for using art as a form of self-exploration, finding in it a way to ease her longing for meaning and purpose. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Performing Arts from Christopher Newport University in 2022 and later completed her Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2024. These academic experiences deepened her commitment to helping others heal through creative expression and the use of art materials.

Currently, Lindsay is a Resident in Counseling and a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) based in Richmond, Virginia. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them cultivate self-expression and unlock their creative potential as a path toward healing and meaningful change. In her own practice, she continues to create art as a means of navigating challenges and deepening her self-discovery.
